Pickup times, and why we do not simply agree with you
The single most useful thing a chauffeur service can do is refuse to be agreeable. For a long-haul departure from Malpensa we suggest leaving three and a half hours before the flight, and for a Schengen departure three hours. That is not a sales tactic — it is what the check-in and security queues look like at Terminal 1 on a Monday morning in September.
Traffic to Malpensa has one predictable rhythm: outbound on the A8 is heaviest between 07:00 and 09:00 and again from 17:30 to 19:30, and a Friday evening motorway in the summer is a different journey entirely. We plan the pickup around the hour you fly, not the hour you booked.
For departures before 08:00 and after 20:00 the published night supplement of twenty per cent applies. We state it on the price page rather than adding it at the end.

What time should you collect me?
Three and a half hours before departure for intercontinental flights and three hours for European ones, measured from your address in Milan. If you prefer to leave later, we will say what the risk is and then do as you ask.
Do you enter the pedestrian areas?
Yes, where the address permits it. Milan's city centre has limited-traffic streets, and with an NCC vehicle we can enter them legitimately. If your hotel is on a closed street, we will tell you the nearest point a car can legally stop.
Is a night departure more expensive?
Twenty per cent between 20:00 and 08:00, as published. Nothing else changes.
