What an hourly service is actually for
It exists for the days when a series of journeys is more efficient as one. Four meetings across Brera, Porta Nuova and the actual outskirts of Milan are not four transfers; they are one car that waits. A roadshow with an investor at every hour is the same shape, with less time to spare.
It also removes a specific kind of friction that only shows up in practice: the car is there when the meeting ends, so nobody in the room is watching the clock. When an appointment overruns by twenty minutes, the person waiting for you is not on a meter.
The rate covers the chauffeur and the vehicle. Fuel, tolls and Area C access are included; waiting is the point of the service, not an extra.

How the hours are counted
The minimum booking is three hours, and additional time is charged in half-hour steps. The clock starts at the agreed pickup time and runs until the car is released, including waiting. If a day runs long we extend it, subject to the chauffeur's legal driving limits — which we will always tell you about before they become a problem.

Is an hourly service cheaper than separate transfers?
For three or more journeys in a day, usually yes, and it is always simpler. For two point-to-point journeys, a fixed-price transfer is normally better value — we will tell you which one yours is.
Can I keep the same car and chauffeur all day?
Yes, that is exactly the point. For multi-day assignments we assign the same chauffeur throughout, which also means they know your addresses by the second morning.
Can you wait at a private address or a hotel?
Yes, including in the limited-traffic areas of central Milan. We will agree the standing point in advance so you are not looking for the car.
