How we work during Milan Fashion Week
On event days the city runs at a different pace: restricted zones, closed streets and a taxi queue that can cost you an hour. Our drivers work Milan every day of the year and know which entrances are still reachable at 9:00 and which are not.
We do not publish a discount and then add a surcharge: on the days of Milan Fashion Week a dedicated tariff applies, published on this page at least 14 days before, and the pickup time is held for you.
Hotel, venue and airport on the same booking
The usual request for Milan Fashion Week is not one transfer but a sequence: airport to hotel, hotel to Fiera Milano and the city centre showrooms, back to the hotel at night, and a car at disposal between appointments. We quote the whole sequence in one reply, with one driver where possible.
For delegations and teams we assign the cars the day before and send the driver's contact details in advance, so the coordination does not happen in the arrivals hall.

When does the event tariff apply?
On the days of Milan Fashion Week (February and September) and on the immediately following day for departures. It is published on this page at least 14 days in advance and it is the price you see: no surcharge is added at the end.
How far in advance should we book?
For Milan Fashion Week the fleet fills up two to three weeks early, and the best pickup slots disappear first. Booking early costs nothing extra: the price is fixed when you confirm.
Can you pick us up inside a restricted area or at the venue gate?
Yes. With a regular NCC licence we enter the restricted traffic zones and the venue access roads where private cars cannot, and we agree the exact meeting point with you beforehand.
Do you also cover the airports during the event?
Yes, all three — Malpensa, Linate and Bergamo — at the published airport prices, with flight tracking and the first 60 minutes of waiting included.
