Motorway tolls. Access to Milan's Area C. Luggage. Child seats and boosters. Flight tracking. Up to sixty minutes of waiting on arrivals. Free cancellation until twenty-four hours before pickup. Payment on board, or on invoice for companies.

The two supplements are the night rate, twenty per cent between 20:00 and 08:00, and twenty per cent on public holidays. On the days of major events — the Fashion Weeks, Salone del Mobile, the Monza Grand Prix and the largest concerts — a dedicated tariff applies, published on the events page at least fourteen days beforehand. That is the whole price policy.

Journeys we have not listed — a hotel on Lake Garda, a private address in the Brianza, a three-day assignment across Lombardy — are quoted individually. That is not a device to avoid committing to a number: it is that the correct vehicle for the load and the correct route for the hour change the answer, and a wrong published figure is worse than an accurate one sent in ten minutes.
