The class is the promise, not the individual chassis. "Mercedes-Benz E-Class or similar" describes exactly what you will get — a quiet executive sedan in the business class — and remains true on the morning when the specific car you were assigned goes in for a service.

Stating a registration number or a model name we do not own would be a false claim, and it is not a risk worth taking for a marketing sentence. The capacities, on the other hand, we state precisely, because that is the number that decides whether your luggage fits.

The Business Sedan covers the large majority of airport transfers: three passengers, three cases, and no compromise on comfort over fifty kilometres. First Class is for the arrival that will be remembered, or for a client you are receiving. The Luxury class exists for the occasions that genuinely require it, and is offered on request only.

The Executive Van is the one people under-order. Three passengers with three large cases and hand luggage fit in a van, not in a sedan, and the van costs less than being uncomfortable. For eight or more, the minibus replaces several cars and keeps the group together.
